They have a great selection and GREAT prices on fish. Ive always got healthy fish from them and they are always really helpful.
2- Puppy mills. Need I say more?
1- they have sold tattooed/painted fish in the. past. The process is cruel & inhumane, shortens lifespam, and often spreads disease.
This place is awful... whoever gave them 5 Stars was either paid or incredibly naive. I will never shop there for 3 reasons:

Seahorse has no respect for the welfare of their animals- they see only dollar signs. I prefer to shoo at a place where they are passionate about what they do- Oddball Pets is such an establishment.
I shop here for saltwater fish.
3- Who advertises black cats on Halloween & rabbits at Easter?? Seahorse does. Anything to make a profit. Most reputable & responsible stores avoid swelling these animals on their prospective holidays because they end up in shelters, after the novelty has worn off.
This is by far my favorite pet shop in the area. They have the greatest staff along with a great selection of animals. The employees are always there and willjng to help you with any of your pet needs. I have always loved this place and always will.
I got my saltwater fish tank here and it is my absolute favorite thing! All of the employees were very knowledgable and helpful in explaining everything to me. My tank has been up for about 6 months now and is doing wonderful! I have always been impressed with all of the beautiful fish and corals here and I will never go anywhere else.
