New management is horrendous! We went on Friday December 1st (since they posted on their Facebook that their new day time hours will be Thursdays and Fridays 11-3) We arrived at 11:00 sharp and the doors were locked and no lights on... Waited 15 minutes for workers to finally show up!! The older lady says "oh I'm never late" to myself and the 4 other groups of people that we outside waiting.... well today you were -ugh! Then I find out that kids 2 and under have to pay now, she said "if they walk they pay" which is pretty ridiculous that they have to pay full price ($10) since my kid literally only plays in the 2 an under jump area. The place was so dirty which is always used to be really clean! Two out of the three bathroom stalls were "out of order" and when I went to change my kid the diaper garbage can was full.. which was disgusting since they obviously didn't change it the night before, it smelled SO bad! Needless to say we will not be returning which is sad because Jump Zone used to be the best spot to go in the colder months!

New management is HORRIBLE! I ised to frequent this Jump Zone a few times a month. Since it's been under new management, the place has declined. They have no staff to keep order, that's up to the parents. Most parents aren't watching their kids and kids are pushing and shoving. They also don't do the two hour play, so it gets very crowded and the parents are supposed to make sure the kids follow the rules, which they don't. There is no order in this place. The cleanliness of the place has also deteriorated. My advice is save your money and go somewhere else. There are many places like this that are better. I won't be back anymore unless there are some changes.
Wasn't a bad place for kids parties. I liked BounceU better. But the kids all had fun there.
Nice place for kids to burn off energy for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours but $10 / child. Would give it 4 stars but the restrooms were filthy and mostly out of order.
