I came here originally because of the dog wash, for the convenience, and that was all. One day, the assistant manager Nikki helped me, and her knowledge and effort well surpassed my expectations for my local pet store. She was incredibly knowledgeable regarding any questions I asked, especially regarding helping my dog lose weight. I do not buy my food there, because it isn't carried there, and after asking Nikki a simple question on weight loss options for dogs she provided me with better information than my vet did, she explained the caloric weight ratio for my dogs size and how I should be feeding him to get him to lose weight which made me trust the store and the food choice she suggested. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but every time I have been in the store she has gone above and beyond her job description to make me feel like I was getting the right things for my dog, as that is very important to me. She gives the store a neighborhood local shop feel and I will not go any where else because of it. I highly recommend the store, and if you've never been in, ask for Nikki, the assistant manager!
