The staff at Alpine have been so helpful and informative, I look forward to many years of working with them. We bought a home that came with an in-ground pool and we knew absolutely nothing about how to take care of it. They helped me choose the right hardware to make maintaining it easier so we could spend more time enjoying the water than cleaning it. Their "pool school" gave us the basics of what we needed to feel comfortable being pool owners and they have not hesitated to spend extra time with us explaining things and walking us through our learning curve. Matt, Tom and Tyler in the shop have been invaluable and the installers (Bob?) did a clean and professional job with our new pump, filter and heater.

Had a replacement above ground pool installed yesterday , workers could not have been more professional very well satisfied They did a through and neat clean up Price was more than fair I certainly would by another pool from them again.
My husband and I bought a hot tub last week from this place. A year ago, we were interested in buying a hot tub and looked here but it just wasn't the right time for us to buy. We met with Matt then and when we came back again this year, we met with Matt again - nice to see that their employees stick around. Matt and Tom were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and pointed us in the right direction. We didn't feel pressured at all and they showed us hot tubs that were in our price range - no more. This was a nice change of pace compared to many of the other hot tub dealers around the area. It is also good to know that they do all of their service on their hot tubs right out of their store and they keep parts readily available unlike many other places we visited which contract out their service department. Overall, we really enjoyed working with the Alpine Pools on Route 8 in Hampton and would recommend it to anyone.
